Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Alltechzone (“we”, “us”) handles your information when you use the Leads mobile app for Android and iOS and the Leads web application (together, the “Service”). Leads is a business tool: you use it with an account provided by your organisation, and the customer conversations and contacts it manages belong to your organisation’s workspace.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, and an account identifier. These are required to sign you in and manage your account.
- Messages — the customer chat messages you send and receive through the Service, so conversations can be displayed, delivered, and kept in sync across your devices.
- Contacts— the customer contact records stored in your organisation’s workspace. The app does not read the personal contact list on your phone.
- Device identifiers — a push notification token and the device model name, used solely to deliver message alerts to your handset.
How we use your information
We use this information only to operate the Service: signing you in, showing and sending conversations, managing contact records, and delivering push notifications. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How messages are delivered
Customer conversations are sent and received through the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Message content passes through that platform in order to reach the customer, subject to WhatsApp’s business terms. Push notifications are delivered via Google’s Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple’s push notification service.
Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes. Data is processed only by the service providers named above and by the cloud infrastructure that hosts the Service, in each case solely to run the Service on our behalf.
Security
All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS). Access to workspace data requires authentication, and each organisation’s data is isolated from every other organisation’s.
Retention and deletion
Your information is retained for as long as your account and your organisation’s workspace remain active. You can request deletion of your account or message data at any time through your organisation’s administrator, or by contacting us at support@alltechzone.com. We action verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Children
The Service is a business tool intended for use by adults in the course of their work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
